Victor Newman

Victor Newman is a Kwakwaka'wakw artist from Sooke, BC. He comes from a family of renowned Northwest Coast artists: his grandfather is legendary Kwakwaka'wakw artist Charlie James, and his aunt is carver Ellen Neel. Victor's son is Carey Newman, a popular contemporary artist.
